Provides cash benefit direct to member at first diagnosis of named critical illness or cancer. Plan is intended to cover expenses not included in the medical plan, i.e. deductibles, co-insurance, travel expenses, etc.

Life Insurance

Employers able to provide initial base amount of life insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased by employee on a voluntary basis.

Short Term/Long Term Disability

Disability insurance supplements loss of income while unable to perform normal work duties due to sickness or accident.
